Electric batteries with fin heating elements
Frame Galvanized iron.

Option: stainless steel.

Connection box Dismountable connection box.
Heating elements AISI 304 stainless steel (Ø8 mm),
insulated with electro fused magnesium-oxide compressed by lamination.
Fins Aluminized plate fin 25 x 50 mm.
Connectors Crimped M12 zinc steel connectors.
Max application temp Maximum application temperature: air output 100 °C.
Thermostat Klixon® thermostat with 75ºC protection. Option:120ºC thermostat.
Power stages 1 or 2 power stages.
Voltage Heating elements in single voltage ~230 V to enable different connection options.

Standard voltage: 3~230V, 3~400V.

Connection box New system of connection box with flap opening without removing the lid.
Heating elements AISI 304 stainless steel (Ø10 mm), insulated with electro fused magnesium-oxide compressed by lamination.
Fins Stainless steel AISI 430 Ø26mm
Connectors Crimped M14 zinc steel connectors. M4 or M6 threaded connector depending on models.
Max application temp Application temperature: air output 60°C.
Air speed 60ºC, 3 m/sec (recommended).
Thermostat Klixon® thermostat included with 85ºC protection. Optionally, with 110ºC thermostats.
Power stages 1 or 2 power stages.

AISI 304L or AISI 321 Ø8 mm, insulated with electro fused and lamination-compressed magnesium oxide.

Max temp. Maximum air discharge temperature of 60°C.
Thermostat Built-in thermostat of 75°C. Optionally, with thermostat of 110°C.
Rating 3~230V, 3~400V.
From one to three modules may be coupled to provide from 4 to 30 kW. By combining these double or triple modules in a rack, a maximum of 120 kW may be attained.

Rating 3~230V, 3~400V.
It is possible to combine one or two BTSM-modules with one or more BTSM modules to achieve combinations of 1, 2,3, or 4 stages.
